Chen Daojiang*: Multicolored Yunnan: Stories from Southwest China

Mexican friends know well what the plateau, where Mexico City stands, means. Mountain ranges, lakes, ancient civilizations and a rich cultural diversity have shaped the city's unique character. In southwest China there is a land that has also been nourished by mountains and enriched by the coexistence of multiple cultures: the province of Yunnan. In Chinese, “Yunnan” literally means “south of the colorful clouds,” a name as evocative as the landscape it describes. It is not a plain that can be seen at a glance, but a region of high mountains, deep valleys and mighty rivers. Nor is it a single identity border, but a mosaic where history, nature, ethnic diversity and openness to the world intertwine to offer a three-dimensional image of China. More than two thousand years ago, with the opening of communication routes, the increase in the movement of people and the strengthening of territorial administration, Yunnan was gradually incorporated into the development of the unified and multi-ethnic Chinese nation. With the creation of Yunnan Province during the Yuan Dynasty, the name “Yunnan” was officially established as a provincial-level administrative division. Today, Yunnan is sharing the stories of southwest China with an increasingly open, confident and vibrant attitude.

Or more properly, the political calculations and psychological mechanisms of the decision makers, a few of them, are the criteria that defines day-to-day life. Carlos Fazio: The Boss and his Talmudic mastiffs

After the fragile entry into force of the memorandum of understanding between the US and Iran, sabotaged by Israel, the period of complex diplomatic talks between the delegations from Washington and Tehran entered into an impasse that, if overcome, and if found satisfactory for the existential struggle of the Persian nation, would place its authorities on the threshold of a strategic victory against the US-Zionist project and would mark a turning point in the imperial domination of the region. In the face of tactical negotiations, Iran knows that perfidy, betrayal, lies, threats and blatant and overt deception have been essential characteristics of the policy of the US and its proxy in the Middle East, which operates as an appendage of the Pentagon and the Zionist lobby (AIPAC). Hence, beyond the tensions and dissonances of the situation, will it be possible that the war criminal and fugitive from the International Criminal Court, Benjamin Netanyahu and his band of Talmudic psychopaths, end up disciplining themselves before the commanding voice of Donald Trump, The Boss, as he proclaimed himself at the Evian G-7 summit?

In the 2026 World Cup, goalkeepers have written epic pages, shocking for better or worse.
